1. Run the SMT Turkey Trot 5K.
2. Halfway through the race, stop and eat a small, personal-sized pumpkin pie and drink a glass of apple cider.
3. Then pick up a pumpkin and carry it with you to the end of the race.

Cost: $10.00 addition to the $28.00 5K race (total $38.00).

Amenities include an additional Turkey Trot Tri t-shirt, personal pumpkin pie and apple cider. You may keep your pumpkin or shoot it through a basketball hoop for a chance to win a gift card!

Overall male and female winners. No duplicate awards. This is a separate division.

Limited to the first 100 Tri registrations. T-shirts guaranteed to all runners who enter by November 1. Triathlon Registration ends November 15, 2018 at 11:59pm EST

The Tri participants start among the 5K runners at 8:00am. Please line up in the starting area as usual. You will be directed to divert mid course to enjoy your special Tri activities.
